Begin Applying For A Retail Account Today
Applying for a professional account with us is easy and only involves just a few simple steps:
Step 1 – Call or email to let us know of your interest in retailing our products at your establishment. Be sure to mention your name, business name, location, contact information (phone number, fax, and email), and business website (if applicable). Please also let us know how you found us and the services/products you provide your clients. You can send us this information by using the contact form or by calling 1-310-492-5984.
Step 2 – After we receive and review your request, we will email or fax you an official account application form. This simple, one page form takes just a few minutes to fill out and allows us to get a complete profile of your company. Once completed, just fax it back to us at 1-310-359-0275 or email us a scanned digital copy. Please remember that this form must be filled out in its entirety and signed at the bottom before we can complete the registration process.
Step 3 – Once the information from Step 2 is received and approved your application process will be complete and we will give you a Professional Login ID and password that will allow access to the professional section of the website. From there you will have access to several professional-only order forms and features. |
